Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic (U.S.) orders:
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount. Any applicable free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MLY Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at MLYShop26@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
International Shipping
